1)          Can you acceptOEM/ODM? Can I use own brand?

Yes, the OEM/ODM can be accepted .We can make woman shoes and boots with your brand.

2)          How long is the sample date and production lead time?

Normally, we can ship the sample within 7 days, the lead time is around 45 days after receiving your deposit or L/C

3)          Should I pay for the samples?

For the new clients we will charge for the samples, but we will refund the fee once order confirmed

4)          What's your MOQ?

Small quantity can be accepted

Different Style different MOQ, normally 60 pairs of woman shoes and boots.   

5)          What's your payment term?

30% T/T after confirm the contract, the balance paid before shipment

T/T, or against copy of B/L under FOB term.  Or sight L/C

6)          Why the price is little higher than others?

Fine workmanship makes our shoes nicer look and more durable.

Our woman shoes and woman boots are with very good fitting.

Up-to-date Design, we carry out new woman shoes and boots on monthly basis.

7)          Do you have any guarantee for your goods ?

We have the whole process QC team which will inspect quantity strictly and customers’ own QC inspect goods sometime. Before shipment, we will check it carefully once again
